We now use a 4 stage, metal wash iron phosphate pre-treatment system. This operation cleans and pre-treats metal parts, applying a protective coating against corrosion. The iron phosphate pre-treatment provides a solid foundation for the subsequent paint operations.

Trained J&I paint applicators apply either a DTM (Direct to Metal) Imron coating designed to give you outstanding color and gloss retention along with excellent adhesion and flexibility.

The DTM coating is standard or our NS and OS Models. The Hybrid Corlar coating process is standard on our Roughrider, Ranch Hand, and Foreman Models also available as an option on all other models.
